Q.How do I contact you?

A.You may contact us a number of ways, including our online contact form.

Q.How long will my order take?

A.Each piece is hand made, with LOVE, in the wine country of the USA. Depending on the piece, some pieces are IN STOCK, Some are not, and we have to create them - which can take up to 1-4 weeks. However, RUSH orders are possible. Please email us for details or questions. We are happy to help.

SHIPPING: takes anywhere form 1 day to 10 day's depending on where you live. We have: ground - 2nd day air - Overnight shipping available. Upon shipment, we will email you with a tracking number.

(For Shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Hawaii please contact our customer service department). (For international orders, please email or call 213-622-0668. We require a physical address as UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes. Pricing is subject to change.

Q.Can I return an item?

A.Yes, but you must contact us first for a Return Authorization #. Please email us at returns@padevavra.com.

Q.What stores carry your jewelry?

A.Our jewelry is sold in select stores nationwide and internationally. For a list of stores, please visit our Stores page.

Q.Where have I seen your jewelry?

A.Lucky and InStyle. Pade's shark tooth necklace was worn by the stunning Mila Kunis in the feature film - Forgetting Sarah Marshall. Charlize Theron, Rihanna, Victoria Secret catalog, and numerous other's have worn our jewelry. For a complete list, please see Pade's bio page.

Q.Is my personal information shared?

A.No. We do not share your personal information with any third parties. We only store your information for your convenience and our internal records. If you have any questions or concerns, you can always contact us.

Q.Is my jewelry gift wrapped?

A.We send all of the jewelry in a Pade Vavra - gold embossed - black leather pouch, (which is great for travel!), protective bubble wrap, in a padded box. For orders over $350.00 - you will receive a complimentary one-of-a-kind teak jewelry box, with a bow. We also offer the jewelry boxes for sale (for orders under $350.00) on our check out page, for $25.00. Just select gift wrap in your shopping cart.

Q.Can I buy a piece of Pade Vavra jewelry I saw that is not online?

A.Yes, custom orders are available. Please contact us and we will work with you to create your piece.

Q.Do you ship internationally?

A.Yes, international United States Postal Service shipping is available. The cost will vary depending on where we are shipping to. Most international orders cost $40.00 to ship USPS and will take approximately 5-10 business day's to arrive. Upon checkout, we can estimate shipping. Pricing is subject to change.
